How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most items are shipped within 1 -2 business days, however, certain specific items are special ordered and may take longer to arrive.  You can email us to find out the time frame for the item(s) you are interested in.

Can I shop at your store?  Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are not a "brick and mortar" storefront that is open to the public.  We are strictly an internet business.  By keeping our operating expenses down we can offer competitive prices for Catholic merchandise.  If you live in or near Concord, NC and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs, please email us and we will make arrangements to accommodate your request.

Yes, on the check out page, you will be given different payment options, 
simply choose the "Mail In Check or Money Order" option.

Would you send me a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a mail order catalog at this time. If there is a particular item you are looking for, please email us at Info@DiscountCatholicStore.com.  

Can you ship my order Overnight or 2nd Day?
Yes, on the check out form there are various Rush Order options to choose from. Rush Orders placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day while Rush Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day. Some 14Kt. gold items can be manufactured within 24 hours, others take up to 10 days. Rush Order service is only available to continental US destinations.

Is your site secure?
Discount Catholic Store, Inc. goes to great lengths to provide our shoppers with maximum internet security. Our web site is secured with SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") which means any information you type in to our web site is encrypted so no one else can see it. Additionally, no credit card information is recorded on our web server or transmitted to us via email.  Therefore, we have no credit card information stored in our office computers.

Do you ship via the United States Post Office or UPS/Fed Ex? I need to know because I don't have a mail receptacle at my street address and UPS/Fed Ex won't deliver to my PO Box.
It depends upon the item. All RUSH ORDERS are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS so a street address is necessary for an Overnight or 2nd Day order. For non-rush orders, it depends upon the particular item. The BEST thing to do is to put BOTH your street address AND your PO Box address in the shipping address section on the check out form. There are 2 lines for "street address" - put your street address in one of those boxes and then put your PO Box address in the other box. See example below.

Do you sell wholesale?
We are a retail corporation so we do not sell wholesale, however, if you want to order in large quantities, please email us.  (Note: Oxidized Medals are only discounted for quantities over 1,000.)
